hello

welcome to bolster coaching

The teen and young adult years are an incredibly powerful time of growth, change, and exploration of self.  During this time many teens and young adults struggle with self-doubt, academic and relationship stress, and uncertainty about the future and they don't always want to talk to or listen to their parents. Getting a bolster, an assist, a lift, from a trained professional to help cultivate deep self-awareness and empowered action during this time in life can lead to greater self confidence, better decision making, improved relationships, and access to the tools needed to achieve dreams. Coaching is also available for parents who could use a bolster so that they can best support their teen or young adult.

what is coaching?
