All people interested in coaching should schedule a free 30 minute meet-and-greet session. This will help you determine if coaching would be a good fit for you and/or your teen, and if I am the right coach.

 We'll discuss what brought you to coaching, what you hope to gain, what coaching is and what it's not, what to expect from coaching with me, and any other questions you have.

 If the session is for a minor, the parent/guardian must be present during the opening discussion.
